Went in for a passport photo. I asked for a mirror and he told me to go to FEDEX across the street. Went on a rant about how unprofitable this service is and said, “we don’t care about passport photos.” I said why offer the service? I’m your customer. I’m here for a passport photo and I’m asking if you have a mirror. Do we need to do this? The young lady was nice and took my photo and was apologetic about the owner’s rant Tony. He later came back and said see I have a handheld mirror. So basically he just wanted to Unleash on a customer for no reason. Avoid this place ..and go to FEDEx across the street where you can get your passport with respect and dignity.
