My daughters cheer team had a 5 o'clock picture time, NSPN sent ONE photographer for all football and cheer teams. He struggeld with poses and ran 2 HOURS LATE. By the time our girls got their pictures, the sun was setting and the natural light was gone.

I called the company and left a message, assumed I would at least get a "we are sorry", but nothing.

The pictures arrived this week. They were even worse than we expected -the team picture was a joke. I am so very dissappointed in the quality and customer service this company offered.
